These Terms of Use, including any policies, rules and other terms that are expressly incorporated herein by reference (collectively, these “Terms”), sets forth a legally binding agreement between you and Zangi operated by Secret Phone Inc hereinafter in the text referred to as Zangi or Secret Phone Inc. These Terms, together with Zangi’s Privacy Policy, apply to all applications, mobile applications, sites, software, products and services provided to you by Zangi. By creating a Zangi account, using the Zangi website, or using any Zangi subscriptions, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use any of the Zangi services.

Zangi Private Messenger is a mobile communication over the internet system designed for private communication between people who already know each other and don’t require verification of identity. If you are using Zangi Private Messenger for legal purposes other than “private communication between people who already know each other and don’t require verification of identity”, you are taking full responsibility for any risks arising from such use, including but not limited to the risk of scam, fraud, extortion etc.

Any communication made through the Zangi Private Messenger is private and Zangi does not bear any responsibility about the content.
Any use of Zangi Private Messenger and related services for ILLEGAL purposes is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Zangi Private Messenger is provided by the Secret Phone Inc “as is” and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall Secret Phone Inc or its owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of Zangi Private Messenger apps, software and or services even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

Zangi Fee-Based Subscriptions: The Zangi Services may include fee-based subscriptions. The subscription processing may be implemented through subscription processing platforms, such as Apple / Google subscriptions, or directly by Zangi unless otherwise specified by Zangi. Payment of a fee to Zangi for enhanced levels of Zangi Services does not change the license Zangi grants to you under the Terms.

The Zangi Services that may be accessed after payment are subject to a payment of certain fees as determined by us from time to time, which shall be made via payment method as accepted or directed by Zangi. All subscription fees are quoted either in the U.S. Dollars or equivalent in your local currency + local taxes unless otherwise specified by Zangi and / or the subscription processing platform. Normally, subscription fees are exclusive of all taxes, which shall be borne by you unless the subscription processing partner includes the taxes into the charged fee.

The paid subscription to these Zangi Services is based on an auto-renewal basis. As such, your subscription will automatically renew upon the end of your applicable subscription period (e.g., annual basis) corresponding to the term of your subscription unless canceled in accordance with the terms of your subscription. If your subscription renewal begins on a day not contained in a given month, then we will charge you on the last day of such month. You acknowledge and agree that the timing of when you are billed and the amount billed may vary due to free trials and other promotional offers, credits applied to your account, and changes in your subscription, and you hereby authorize us to charge you for the corresponding amounts. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your billing and payment information is correct to prevent your subscription from being canceled. If we cannot charge your payment method for any reason (such as expiration or insufficient funds), and you have not canceled your subscription, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts, and we will attempt to charge the payment method as you may update your payment method information. This may result in a change to the start of your next subscription period and may change the date on which you are billed for each period. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if we are unable to successfully charge your payment method to renew your subscription. When your subscription ends, you will lose access to the Zangi Services that require a subscription.

If we offer you a promotion or a promotional price for your subscription, the specific terms of the promotion will be disclosed or made available to you when you select your subscription plan and agree to the Additional Terms that will be provided to you and describe the particular promotion for your selected subscription plan. In the case of promotional pricing, after your promotion ends, we will begin billing you for your subscription at the regular price after the promotion ends unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the promotion. We reserve the right to change, modify or vary the price, package and features of the Zangi subscription plans that we make available from time to time. If we change or modify the price and package of such subscription plans, we will provide you with advanced notice of the applicable changes or modifications. You may discontinue to use the Zangi Services offered under a subscription plan and request the cancellation of your subscription to such Zangi Services at any time. We will not be liable for reimbursing you for the cancellation of your Zangi subscription.

You may cancel your subscription by accessing your account information and following the posted instructions for cancellation of your subscription. Upon cancellation of your subscription, you may continue to use the applicable Zangi Services through the remainder of your subscription term, as well as any Content that you previously created or reproduced through use of such Zangi Services as of the date of cancellation of your subscription, provided that such use must be in compliance with these Terms. If you delete your account with active subscription both the account and subscription will be ended as of the account deletion date.
Refunds: No refunds or credits for cancellation of your subscription. No refunds or credits for suspension or termination of this Agreement or your account for any reason.
