What Is Zangi Premium?
Zangi Premium is an optional paid subscription that gives you access to extra Premium features, including Original size file & media transfer, Wipe Passcode, Stealth Mode, Hide conversations, and Audio Group calls with up to 1000 participants. The list of Premium features is constantly updated. Subscribe to Zangi Premium for 5 USD per month to get access to Premium features and support Zangi. Please note that local taxes may increase the final price in your region. The subscription renews automatically every month until canceled. You can cancel anytime through your phone’s Play Store or Apple Account subscriptions. To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, cancel at least one day before your renewal date.

What is Wipe Passcode?
Just in case, want to have the ability to secretly wipe all your data? Set a secret code to initiate the erasing of your data and conversations. Enter the code when unlocking your device. How to Use Wipe Passcode: Navigate to Settings, Privacy, Passcode Lock. If it is your first time, turn Passcode Lock on, then reenter this section. If your Passcode Lock is already on, enter the passcode again, turn Wipe Passcode on, and enter a new passcode. Your Wipe Passcode is now on. To start the wipe, enter your Wipe Passcode instead of your device unlock passcode. This will wipe all conversations, files, contacts, and profile data, while keeping your account. Note: Wiped data cannot be restored.
What is Stealth Mode or Self - Distructing messages?
Want to activate self destructing messages? In Stealth Mode, you set a timer after which messages in any selected conversation will self-destruct. How to Use Stealth Mode: Go to any chat, open Chat Settings, turn Stealth Mode on or off, and select a time duration for messages to self-destruct. Stealth Mode will turn on for the selected chat. All new messages will self-destruct after your selected time duration in this chat. Change this timer as needed. You can have Stealth Mode on for one or multiple chats. Stealth Mode can be turned off by the person who turned it on.
How to Hide Conversations With Pin?
Need certain chats to be hidden? Use this feature to hide any conversation, personal chat, or group chat. Hidden chats can only be unlocked with your set PIN. How to Hide Conversations with PIN: Navigate to Settings, Privacy, Hide Conversation, and Set Passcode. Once you have set the passcode, go to any chat, open Chat Settings, and select Hide or Unhide Conversation. The chat will become hidden. To access the hidden chat, go to Chats, open the search bar, and search your Hide Conversation Passcode to reveal all hidden chats.
How to send Unlimited size Files & Media without compression?
Want to finally send files and images in full quality? Forget putting up with size compression. Send your files in full original quality and full size, and get them to your friends fast. How to Use Full Quality File Transfer Start a chat or group chat. Tap the plus sign. Choose File, Camera, Photo, or Video. Select any sized file, image, or video. Send it. You will be able to send the file without compressing the quality for the receiving end. The Zangi app will not slow down or take forever to send the file. Quite the opposite, sending large files is fast. The receiving end will get to download the image in full resolution, exactly the way it was intended to be seen.
How to host a Group Call with up to 1000 participants?
Need to host large meetings? Conferencing is made compatible for 1000 participants with HD quality, no lagging, even when participants are connected with a slow or poor connection. How to Use 1000 Person Conferencing Go to the Chats tab. Create a group or new group call. Select the Zangi contacts you want in the group call, up to 1000 people. Start the audio conferencing call. Or go to Calls. Tap the New Call icon. Select the Zangi contacts you want in the group call. Start the call. Note: The call host with a Premium subscription must start the group call to be able to choose the maximum number of participants. Non subscribers can participate in large calls, but they can only start calls with a maximum of 8 participants.
How Do I Cancel or Unsubscribe from Zangi Premium If I lost access to my Zangi account?
Premium subscription is attached to your Zangi number in Zangi Private Messenger and to your Google/Apple account In Google /Apple subscriptions. If you can’t login to your Zangi account you should navigate to your Google Play / Apple Account subscriptions, find Zangi and cancel your subscription there.
Why does my Google or Apple account show that I am subscribed to Zangi, but my Zangi account does not have Premium?
Your Zangi Premium subscription is linked to two things: 1. Your Zangi number inside Zangi Private Messenger. 2. Your Google or Apple account used for the subscription. Google and Apple subscriptions do not automatically exchange account IDs with Zangi. This means that if you change your Zangi number without deleting the previous Zangi account, Google or Apple may still show an active Zangi subscription. The subscription is still active in your Google or Apple account, but on the Zangi side it remains linked to the original Zangi number that was used when the subscription was started. What should I do if I changed my Zangi number? If you changed your Zangi number, please cancel your current Zangi subscription first: For iOS: cancel it through your phone settings or Apple Account subscriptions. For Android: cancel it through Google Play subscriptions. After canceling, please wait until the old subscription expires. Then subscribe again from inside the Zangi Private Messenger app using your new Zangi number. What if I did not change my Zangi number? If this is not your case, please contact us and send the following information so we can check your subscription status: Your Zangi account number. A screenshot of your Google or Apple subscription confirmation. Please make sure the screenshot clearly shows the subscription date and the subscription order number, document number, or transaction ID. Our team may need up to 24 working hours to check the issue. If your active subscription is confirmed, we will compensate the checking period by adding extra days to your Premium subscription.
