How secure is Zangi?
Zangi has taken safety to a whole new level. NO DATA COLLECTION: Zangi does not store communication history on servers. Each message, voice, audio, video, file, and media you send is divided into pieces, encrypted and sent through Zangi infrastructure nodes as thorough a pipeline. As soon as delivered it’s no more available in this pipeline. All your communication history is stored only on your device. This makes the system unattractive to hackers. No data stored - nothing to hack. PRIVATE REGISTRATION No SIM card required. Registration without a phone number & without sharing personal contacts. Zangi doesn’t ask for a phone number or email address for sign-up. It just generates a virtual Zangi number, which becomes your only in-app identity. Zangi also doesn’t store your contacts on servers. It just asks if you want to copy them inside the app locally so that it becomes easier to send invites or share your Zangi number with your contacts. NO UNSOLICITED CONTACTS No one can find you on Zangi unless they know your exact 10-digits Zangi number assigned by the system on sign-up. Share your Zangi Number only with those you trust. Chat, call, video chat, share files and media with your friends, family and colleagues safely, without being exposed to unknown users. MILITARY GRADE END-TO-END ENCRYPTION Zangi operates as a secure messenger that applies strong cryptographic standards to all communication layers. Texts, media, files, voice & video calls are encrypted with End-to-End AES-GCM 256 algorithm, so every call, secret message, and chat session stays private and protected. Decryption is possible only on the recipient device. Man in the middle attacks are useless as the data flowing in between is end-to-end encrypted and unreadable.

How Zangi works with blocked contacts
Once you block a contact, the blocked contact will: - No longer be able to call you or send you messages. - No messages will be delivered - Any calls you attempt to place will not go through. - No longer see your last seen or online status - Not see updates to your profile photo. Any messages sent to a contact who has blocked you will always show one check mark (message sent), and never show a second check mark (message delivered). We have made blocking contacts as secure and convenient as possible. But also the blocked contact is never notified of this. We’ve made this intentionally ambiguous in order to protect your privacy when you block someone. Thus, we also cannot tell you if you are being blocked by someone else.
