1. Open Settings from the bottom menu.
2. Tap Zangi Language.
3. Choose your preferred language, or select Device Language. If you choose Device Language, Zangi automatically follows the language set on your phone. If that language is not supported, Zangi uses English by default.

1. Open Settings from the bottom menu.
2. Tap Zangi Language and make sure the correct language is selected.
3. Update Zangi to the latest version and restart the app.

If the issue continues, email support@zangi.com with the subject “Issues with Language” and include the affected language, a screenshot of the untranslated or incorrect text, your device model, OS version, and Zangi version.

1. Open Settings from the bottom menu.
2. Tap Notifications.
3. Choose Messages, Groups, or Calls.
4. Turn notification sounds, vibrations, and other available alerts on or off according to your preferences. You can manage notifications for messages, groups, and calls separately. You can also enable or disable Zangi notifications through your phone's Settings → Notifications.

1. Open Settings from the bottom menu.
2. Tap Notifications.
3. Choose Messages, Groups, or Call Sounds.
4. Adjust the sound and vibration settings according to your preferences.

To change your call ringtone, go to Call Sounds → Sound and choose between Zangi's Default Tone and Your Device Default Tone.

If you select Your Device Default Tone, Zangi will use the ringtone set in your phone's settings.

You can control whether message content appears in notifications for all chats or for a specific chat.

For all chats on iPhone:

1. Open your phone's Settings.
2. Go to Notifications → Zangi.
3. Tap Show Previews.
4. Choose Always, When Unlocked, or Never.

For all chats on Android:

1. Open your phone's Settings.
2. Go to Notifications → Notifications on Lock Screen.
3. Turn Show Sensitive Content on or off.

The exact settings may differ depending on your Android device.

For a specific chat:

1. Open the chat.
2. Tap the contact's name at the top.
3. Tap Notification Previews.
4. Turn it on or off according to your preference.

When previews are hidden, you can still receive message notifications without displaying their content on your lock screen.

To change the wallpaper for all chats:

1. Open Settings from the bottom menu.
2. Go to Chats → Chat Wallpaper.
3. Choose one of Zangi's available wallpapers or tap Choose from Photos to use an image from your device.

To change the wallpaper for a specific chat:

1. Open the chat.
2. On iPhone, tap the contact's name at the top. On Android, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
3. Select Chat Wallpaper.
4. Choose your preferred wallpaper.

Changing the wallpaper for a specific chat does not affect your other chats.

This feature is currently available only on Android.

1. Open Settings from the bottom menu.
2. Tap Appearance.
3. Under Color, choose Blue or Green.

Chat bubble color customization is not currently available on iPhone.

Zangi supports Dark Mode.

1. Open Settings from the bottom menu.
2. Tap Appearance.
3. Under Theme, choose Classic or Dark Mode.

Select Dark Mode for a darker app interface, or Classic to return to the standard appearance.

1. Open Settings from the bottom menu.
2. Tap Chats.
3. Tap Text Size.
4. Choose the text size you prefer.

1. Open Settings from the bottom menu.
2. Tap Chats.
3. Turn Orientation for Left Handed on or off.

1. Open Settings from the bottom menu.
2. Tap Chats.
3. Turn Autoplay GIFs on or off.

GIF autoplay is enabled by default for new accounts.

This feature is currently available only on iPhone.

1. Open a chat.
2. Double-tap the sticker icon on the right side of the message field.
3. Tap the Search icon in the top-left corner to find stickers.
4. To download new sticker packs, tap the sticker icon with a + in the bottom-right corner.
5. Browse the available packs and tap the + icon next to a pack to add it.
6. Open My Stickers to view and manage the sticker packs you have added.
